Plain-language terms for using the free SyncX public beta.
Beta software
SyncX is provided as a free public beta. Features may change, collection can be interrupted by platform changes, and no uptime or data-completeness guarantee is made.
Your responsibility
Use SyncX only with accounts and content you are authorized to access. You are responsible for complying with applicable law and each platform’s terms, and for protecting your local database, media and exports.
Public beta access
This version is available as a public beta. If the product terms change later, they will be announced separately.
Backups
Local-first does not mean automatically backed up. Keep copies of important databases, media and exports before upgrades or system changes.
Third-party services
X, Bilibili, Xiaohongshu, Zhihu, GitHub, Cloudflare and Google Analytics are independent third parties. Their availability, policies and data handling are outside SyncX’s control.

To the extent permitted by law, the beta is provided as-is without warranties. SyncX is not liable for platform account restrictions, unavailable content or loss caused by a missing backup.
